Developed a 3-DOF robotic arm in Solidworks by modeling precise linkage kinematics and electromechanical mounting points to ensure a fluid range of motion and structural stability during operation.

Designed a high-precision mechanical end effector in Solidworks using gear-driven linkages and stress simulations, and utilizing complex mechanisms to optimize the strength-to-weight ratio for a 7.5kg payload capacity.

As the mechanical lead of PYRO Robotics. I was in charge of the design & building of 1 of 2 robots. The robot was designed using a combination of VEX components, McMaster Carr pneumatics, and custom 3d printed parts supporting the overall structure of the robot.

Custom FPV Drone
Project: Engineered a custom 5-inch FPV drone using Solidworks and Betaflight
Design: Developed a lightweight carbon fiber frame in Solidworks to optimize the center of gravity and ensure structural durability for high-speed maneuvers.
Hardware: Designed custom 3D-printed TPU mounts for the FPV camera and antenna, providing vibration isolation and impact protection for sensitive electronics
Versatility: Streamlined the frame geometry to lower the center of gravity, resulting in improved flight stability and more predictable handling during high-velocity maneuvers

Custom Macro Keypad
Project: Designed a 6-key keypad using Solidworks, Arduino Pro Micro, and a custom PCB
Design: Utilized Solidworks for the structural design of the keypad, ensuring ergonomic and efficient use
Hardware: Integrated an Arduino Pro Micro into the custom PCB for seamless functionality
Customization: The keypad is fully reprogrammable using the Arduino IDE, allowing users to assign any desired key or command
Versatility: The flexibility of programming makes it adaptable to various user requirements, enhancing user experience and productivity
